New Barn is a single-storey cottage in a lawned courtyard setting, a mile from Winterborne Stickland and four miles from Blandford Forum. The cottage has a king-size double with en-suite shower, and a twin with en-suite bathroom. The open plan living area has a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner. Outside is ample off road parking, a private patio area, shared lawn and shared games room with pool table, table football and air hockey. New Barn is close to local walks, pretty villages and bustling market towns, as well as for exploring the Jurassic Coast and the rest of this lovely area.

Electric heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, DVD, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Further fuel can be purchased from owner. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Covered bike storage. Private patio area with furniture. Shared front lawned area. Shared games room with pool table, table football and air hockey. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: WiFi connection is slow. Note: Dogs to be kept on a lead whilst on the premises due to nearby livestock. |
